Announcement regarding the safety of a product being sold

NOTICE REGARDING THE SAFETY OF A SOLD PRODUCT

A&S sp. z o.o., based in Wschowa, (67-400), ul. Niepodległości 38, hereby informs that the following product:

Plush doll, model: KP4840 (or KP4840N), EAN: 5907747600362 or EAN: 5901785920345, and the related model: doll KP4839, EAN: 5901785926460
does not meet the requirements of Directive 2009/48/EC on the safety of toys, as well as the Polish Regulation of the Minister of Development of 20 October 2016 on essential safety requirements for toys, due to the following risks:
- potential detachment of small parts (e.g. clothing elements, functional speaker, pacifier),
- insufficient battery compartment protection,
- exposed filling material after seam tearing, which may pose a choking hazard, swallowing risk, or exposure to hazardous substances,
especially for children under 18 months of age.

This notice is published in connection with proceedings conducted by the competent market surveillance authority in Germany.

In light of the above, we inform you about the possibility to return the product and receive a full refund.
